The Restaurant
In a former life, Belmont Food Shop was a small grocery store — complete with an old style walk-in refrigerator. As a restaurant, we aim to pay credence to its heritage. Repurposed materials create a warm, simple atmosphere and our food is elegant without being fussy. Founder and chef Mike Yavorsky, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, has returned to Richmond to serve the neighborhood after working with some of Manhattan's top chefs for over five years.
